Boat Monitor 32 is an electronic marine monitoring and control device intended for use on 12V and 24V DC vessel electrical systems.
The product provides supplementary monitoring, alerts and remote viewing functionality via a companion mobile application.
Boat Monitor 32 is not a safety-critical system and does not replace professional marine instrumentation, onboard safety equipment, or regular physical inspection of the vessel.
3. Pricing and Taxes

4. Payment

Mobile app updates are provided through the relevant app store platform. Firmware updates may be delivered through supported update mechanisms.
Digital functionality is provided to support the hardware product and may change or improve over time.
11. Intended Use and Safety Disclaimer
Boat Monitor 32 is intended solely as a monitoring and informational device.
It must not be used as:
A primary safety system
A navigation aid
A bilge protection system
A fire detection system
The sole method of monitoring critical vessel conditions
Remote monitoring and control functions depend on power supply, network connectivity and correct configuration. Service interruptions may occur.
The vessel owner and installer remain responsible for ensuring safe installation, operation and maintenance of vessel systems.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
RF Marine Electrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of vessel use, financial loss, business interruption, or secondary damage arising from the use, installation or configuration of Boat Monitor 32.
The total liability of RF Marine Electrics in relation to any claim arising from the sale or use of Boat Monitor 32 shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or affects statutory consumer rights.
